Overview

HashCal is operated by HashBoard (TripleHash). This policy describes our terms for subscription cancellations, refunds, and plan changes. By purchasing a HashCal subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access until the period ends and will not be charged again.

Yearly Plan

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current annual period. We do not prorate unused months unless a refund is requested within the refund window below.

Lifetime Plan

Lifetime plan purchases are non-cancellable after the refund window. See the refund section below for eligibility.

To cancel, email connect@triplehash.in from your registered email address. We will confirm cancellation within one business day.

Refund Policy

7-day refund window: We offer a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date for Monthly and Yearly plans, provided the service has not been used extensively (fewer than 5 bookings received).

Monthly Plan Refunds

Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the billing date. Refunds are not issued for renewals — cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Yearly Plan Refunds

Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the annual billing date. After 7 days, refunds are not issued for annual plans.

Lifetime Plan Refunds

Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No refunds after the 7-day window.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window
  • Subscription renewals where cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to connect@triplehash.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The plan you purchased and the purchase date
  • The reason for your refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
