Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HashCal (available at cal.hashboard.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

HashCal is operated by HashBoard (hashboard.in). References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to HashBoard. References to "you" refer to the individual or entity using the service.

2. Description of Service

HashCal is a scheduling platform that allows registered users ("hosts") to create booking pages, share their availability, and accept meeting bookings from third parties ("bookers"). The service integrates with Google Calendar and Zoom to automate calendar event creation and meeting link generation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use HashCal. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using HashCal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Your username forms part of your public booking URL and cannot be changed after account creation without contacting support.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at connect@triplehash.in if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HashCal to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited communications or spam through booking forms or webhooks.
• Collect personal data from bookers beyond what is necessary for the meeting.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without our written permission.

6. Google Calendar Integration

HashCal integrates with Google Calendar to check availability and create events. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize HashCal to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can revoke this access at any time from the Settings page. Revoking access will disable slot availability checking and event creation for your booking pages.

Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Zoom Integration

HashCal integrates with Zoom to generate meeting links for bookings. By connecting Zoom, you authorize HashCal to create scheduled meetings on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from the Settings page.

Your use of Zoom through HashCal is also subject to Zoom's Terms of Service.

8. Booker Data and Host Responsibility

As a host, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the custom questions you add to booking pages comply with applicable privacy laws.
• Handling the personal data of your bookers (name, email, answers) in accordance with applicable law.
• Ensuring webhook endpoints you configure handle received data securely and lawfully.

HashCal is a processor of booker data collected on your behalf. You are the data controller for that data and are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep HashCal available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by service downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

HashCal and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by HashBoard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Content you create on HashCal (booking page titles, descriptions, questions) remains yours. By creating it on our platform, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of operating the service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

HashCal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that calendar availability data will be perfectly accurate, or that meeting links generated via third-party integrations (Google, Zoom) will always function as expected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use HashCal, including but not limited to missed meetings, lost business, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

You may stop using HashCal and delete your account at any time by contacting connect@triplehash.in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your booking pages will become inaccessible and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of HashCal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HashCal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
